Replay: So Tell Me what You Want what You Really, Really Want
Friday Aug 04, 2023
Friday Aug 04, 2023
In today's episode replay, Jeanette talks about figuring out what you really want to do. She wants you to get over the common misconception that business owners have, which is thinking that they can do everything by themselves.
Jeanette recommends that you make a list of the things you do not want to do and eliminate them from your life, as well as a list of the things you do want to do and prioritize them. The point is to develop and flourish, to make choices that are in harmony with God's will for your life.
Join us as we revisit another favorite episode of the Unapologetically Unstoppable podcast!
“So what do you really want to be doing? What do you really like to be doing? Take an inventory of all the things you do in the day. And write down things you like and then you love and do more of those things.”
“The point is to expand, to grow, to further your mission to do your movement, in the way that it's aligned with who you are as a person, and how you love to love.”
“If you're doing something else that makes you miserable, that makes you stop eating right, that makes you stop drinking your water that makes you stress eat that makes you be rude to your kids, because you're just so tapped out from the rest of the day. You are not doing what you're supposed to be doing.”
“That's why God made you to do the things you're supposed to be doing. Start moving in that direction. Just start moving that way. And I guarantee you things will get easier.”
In this episode:
- Why you need to stop doing the things you don’t want to do
- The common misconception that an entrepreneur needs to do everything in his/her business
- How you should start to live in alignment with who you’re meant to be

Replay: How to Create Discipline When You Have ADHD
Monday Jul 31, 2023
Monday Jul 31, 2023
In today's episode replay, Jeanette talks about how her 11 years in the military have given her something she could never give herself... and that is DISCIPLINE.
She goes into more detail about how having boundaries, discipline, and structure are essential for success in both life and business. Jeanette provides valuable tips for developing a personalized system, including the use of habit stacking, cycle syncing, and a timer.
Jeanette firmly believes that entrepreneurs should not devote 40 hours per week to their business operations, but they must take action to get things moving. Tune in to gain further insight into developing the framework that your company must have in order to reach the next level.
“The Air Force gave me something that I could never give myself, and that's discipline.”
“So what boundaries do you have for your life that creates a system of discipline and structure in your life.”
“I'm ADHD to the max like, super ADHD. But I know that I need these structures in order to be successful. It's the only thing that saves me from going down the rails”
“Just create some structure and some boundaries around the things you want to do to move the needle forward. I 1,000% believe you should not be in your business 40 hours a week. That's ridiculous, however, if things aren’t moving, you got to do something to get things moving. So set a timer this week. You got this girl.”
In this episode:
- The importance of having discipline and boundaries in life and business
- Tips for creating a structure to get to the next level as an entrepreneur
- How business owners do not need to work 40 hours per week to be successful as long as they take action to get things going

Friday Jul 21, 2023

In today’s episode replay, Jeanette talks about the struggle of finding clarity in your life and your business. The best strategies, tips, and templates in the world will not help that much if you have no idea what it is you are trying to build in the first place.
Jeanette explains that getting quiet has helped her immensely whenever she feels lost and confused. "To be aware of what you're doing and why you're doing those things is important. That's when you stop having resentment or anything else."
“You can't ask somebody else for your clarity. You can't ask somebody else for your calling. That's not how it works. That's deep work you have to do within.”

- Some tips on how to figure out your clarity whenever you feel lost
