She grew up in a Christian household and she always felt like having a relationship with God was a part of her life, but she made the conscious decision that she wanted to deepen her faith and deepen that relationship.

It is through those relationships and her natural, God-given gifts that she has lived an abundance of experiences that eventually took her to where she is today, helping women build their confidence and stand out. The process for her was not linear, so she emphasizes that starting from where you are today and finding out what your next move is, trusting that the following steps will be clear as you advance, is a formula that has helped her and the people in her circle. #90: Stop Confusing People. Be One thing

#89: You can’t solve a problem you’re not willing to have

Denying and ignoring a negative or traumatic event is a coping mechanism,necessary to a point, but it can end up affecting your life in a very deep way if left unresolved. Your brain is constantly seeking to protect you, that means it will constantly scan for danger, which is a healthy process because it keeps you safe, however, when you have gone through an unpleasant situation, your brain can get stuck there and it can be very hard to find moments of peace and relaxation. Have you found yourself looking for the negative, expecting a tragedy or simply thinking that there is nothing good available to you?

Operating from that place can result in negative emotions like anger, resentment, skepticism, and a lack of trust in others and in yourself, but there are things you can do to change that. In this episode you'll learn the first step you need to take to move your focus to healthier thoughts and start fostering positive thinking and ultimately, shift your whole perspective and start engaging with the world in a more positive way.

In this episode, Jeanette shares her thoughts on the importance of being true to yourself and embracing authenticity in both business and personal life. As adults, we often forget our divine uniqueness and the importance of staying true to our calling without feeling the need to conform to others' expectations. Success lies in being true to yourself and using your unique gifts and talents. Tune in!

You are unique. God gave unique traits, strengths as well as "weaknesses" and that is what makes you, you, and that's also what others want to see. Many people make the mistake of creating a curated persona choosing the characteristics they think will resonate and be well received, but if you do that, the people who need to hear your message and connect with you through your God-given personality, will flee from you. They will notice that something is off because you are not being true to yourself.

Full disclosure, there will be someone who will not like you anyway, but what is really important is to establish connections with the right audience, with the ones who are meant to hear you and follow you, and that will only happen if you embrace all of who you truly are, who God made you to be, and show up with honesty and integrity.
